The SALT Primer
The SALT Primer is the most common 'go-to' textbook for SALT tutors. Mike Neterer, Director of SALT, wrote this text specifically for SALT tutors to teach their Somali students to read. This book, now available as a pdf, will give you dozens of lessons to use with your Somali neighbor.
